Well talking about Junk Food I just want to say that junk food is not good for our health in any manner. Moreover they are one of the main reason of why people in these are getting obese or overweight.
"Although our body require a certain amount of salt but these junk food contains high amount of salt or sodium, which increase the risk of heart attack due to the high blood pressure. And you will be surprised that National Academy of Science recommends just over one spoon salt in a day. A recent study on Australian reveled that they consumes double salt they what their body requires. "
