Hi Everyone

We provide these Forums for discussions that are helpful, informative, encouraging and factual. Hopefully we can learn from each other and be supportive of each other.

We will not allow discussions that put down or attack other people or those that are bait-n-switch posts. In other words, asking someone to post about their feelings and then attacking them for being honest.

I have seen several posts that are not very profitable to the person they were intended for. Just because we are not face-to-face does not give an excuse for posts that attack. If these posts continue I will remove the posts and the poster.

Please be kind and peaceful. Points and facts can be communicated without being mean and hurtful.
