Need Help

Postby greshamskandj on Sat Feb 19, 2005 12:50 am

I am mid 40's, overweight, tired all the time, depressed often, stress related job and lack energy. I really want to lose the weight as I feel it will take care of the rest of my problems. I am also menopausal.

HELP!

Hi Frustrated,

It sounds like you are experiencing peri-menopause. The best advice that I can give you is to get our e-book Balancing Your Hormones Without Drugs...You can Feel Good Again. You will not only learn about getting your hormones in balance but also how to get the whole body healthy. The ebook includes a great diet plan and also supplement recommendations.

One suggestion that you can start on right now is to begin to eliminate sugar from your diet and to drink half your weight in ounces of pure, clean water every single day.

You are right, in that, when people begin to lose weight many health concerns start to disappear.

You can do this! Good Luck! :D

We know that weight loss is not an easy task. And menopause doesn't make it easier. Especially during this time of hormonal change, your body needs different nutrients than it did before, making weight loss during menopause potentially difficult. Regulating hormone balance naturally by eating a nutrient-dense, whole-foods diet is a far more effective approach than herbal remedies. While herbal remedies can help supplement a good diet and exercise plan, many women find that a healthy lifestyle will alleviate symptoms without the need to spend money on these supplements and herbal preparations.
