Please help doc,
I went on a strict organic diet on Jan 5, 2006. In the first 11 days I lost 11 pounds with no exercising ! Then I noticed the weight loss tapering off to 1 lb every other day , then two days and so forth.Which brings me to my problem. I joined the local gym on Feb 10 and have been working out at least 1.5 hours a day 6 days a week. One hour cardio and 30 minutes to one hour of weight training. I have gained 2 lbs!! Everyone keeps telling me it's muscle mass, but I haven't noticed any changes in the way my clothes fit since I've started exercising. Should I change my routine or what?
