Are you ready to start losing weight?

Hi

I am new in the forum and I hope all of you enjoy it because www.weightlossobesity.com is an awsome and great weight loss resource website. I work for www.virante.com and very worried about my weight increase in the last year, I have tried some diets and exercises and I can say they work only if you are a constant person. I kept my exercises and diet routine until mid november and my weight was going down. My current weight is 95 kgs. I am scared now because I already noted that it is going up again, so my advice is to keep a routine if you are a person with a big tendence to get fat.

I hope every one who reads this post can give me some extra advice or feedback.

Are you ready to start losing weight?

Hi Mark,

Sounds like you have had a good start. Congratulations!

First I would suggest that you do a liver/gallbladder flush along with a parasite cleanse. I would also suggest that you get on a healthy diet, exercise, supplementation, pure clean water and physical & emotional stress relief.

You would do well to purchase the e-book Transforming Your Health In 90 Days Or Less! You can get it at www.ghchealth.com The e-book will give you all the information on using a combination diet which will take some stress off of the digestive tract. The e-book contains instructions for doing the cleanses that I mentioned above. Also included are ways to get your environment clean.

Good luck and let us know your progress as I am sure this will help others in their quest for good health!
