weight loss

Postby Confused on Tue Mar 15, 2005 10:42 am

Hi. I am a freshman in college and i recently heard one of my peers talking about this new thing doctors are doing (i know it would help to know the name but i dont know it.) and basically it is an injection to curb appetites and gain weight loss. Just wondering if you know anything that seems familiar to this. Let me know. Because currently i am on weight watchers and i've only lose 13 lbs and that took me 16 weeks to do that. I need something that will help me go faster, and diet pills give me headaches. I am 5'4 1/2 and 218 lbs. i would like to be 140. Any tips if you dont know of the other treatment?

Hi Confused

First of all, congratulations on your weight loss!

I would suggest that you focus on getting your body totally healthy through healthy diet, exercise, pure water consumption and stress elimination.

Several ways to begin a very healthy diet is to eliminate all sugar, processed foods, soda and dairy other than organic eggs and cottage cheese. Pick most of your foods from organic fruits and vegetables. Drink half of your body weight in ounces of purified water every day.

On April 1, 2005 a new product by Dr. Group will be introduced called SLIMIREX. This supplement will help to curb the appetite and will also help with weight control without any substances that will make you jittery or nervous. SLIMIREX will be up on this site as soon as it is available. Plus Dr. Group's e-book is an absolute must to guide you in diet, exercise and stress reductions.

Please understand that approaching this from a "getting the body healthy" attitude will benefit you tremendously and---guess what---the weight will come off as a by-product, if you will. In other words, focus your energy on total body health, instead of the scale. Your body will reward you with balance, energy, health, wellness and yes, weight loss.

Again...get the e-book Weight Loss Secrets Revealed and then watch for the debut of SLIMIREX.

Have a great week!

:D
