<h2>Basic Beliefs of the Feng Shui System</h2>
<p>Feng Shui followers believe that well-maintained surroundings foster a maintained sense of well-being. It&#8217;s not quite as simplistic as it sounds. The Feng Shui code of conduct seeps into life&#8217;s most mundane moments. For example, one of its basic principle stipulates that when lying down a full frontal view of an exit must be in unobstructed view at all times.</p>
<p>Moreover, sharp turns and straight lines are no-no&#8217;s. Mirrors, crystals, wind chimes and waving water are believed to have the power to align the planets under the Feng Shui system. And if mirrors are powerful enough to control the redirection, reflection and shifting of universal energy, there&#8217;s no reason why they can&#8217;t align the 25 pounds that have beefed you up like a ballpark frank.</p>

<p>Considering the number of trendy weight loss schemes that are masked as natural weight loss programs, finding something authentic can be daunting. The thing to remember is that natural weight loss programs aren&#8217;t about offering a variety of frozen food choices, constant exercise or being frustrated at losing a mere three pounds after crash dieting all week.</p>

But no matter what your reason is, you will need to develop realistic and achievable weight loss goals to help you achieve successful and permanent weight loss results.  If you need help setting up weight loss goals, you have come to the right place.  Here are the steps you can take to develop your weight loss goals.</p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-weight: bold;">Check With Your Doctor.</span> Talk with your health care provider to determine if it’s even a good idea for you to lose weight.  Make sure that your health status allows you to reduce your caloric intake and increase your level of physical activity.</li>
<li><span style="font-weight: bold;">Determine Your Big Picture.</span> Once you get the OK from your doctor, you can begin developing a weight loss program and setting up weight loss goals.  First, decide the total amount of weight you&#8217;d like to lose by the end of your program. Then figure out the different methods that you can utilize to lose weight, as well as those you will incorporate into your lifestyle to maintain your results in the long run. Be sure your weight loss plan allows you to consume enough food and calories to give you the nutrients you need and keep your metabolism revved up throughout the day.  Here’s what you should be aiming for when selecting foods each day:</p>
<p><strong>Organic Whole grains:</strong> Whole grains help to lower your risk of heart disease, diabetes and some cancers.  Whole grains also give you the fiber you need to keep your digestive system operating smoothly.  The goal is to eat three or more servings of whole grains a day.  Good choices include organic: whole wheat, brown rice, or other unprocessed grains such as oatmeal.</p>
<p><strong>Organic Fruits and Vegetables:</strong> Fruits and vegetables are full of the vitamins, minerals and fiber that you need each day. <p>There are two kinds of fats: saturated and unsaturated.</p>
<p>Fat is necessary because: the only way to get certain fat-soluble vitamins is to eat fat, your body has no way to make certain essential fats, so you must get them in your food.</p>
<p>Another reason is that fat is a good source of energy, in fact it contains twice as many calories per gram as do carbohydrates or proteins. Your body can burn fat as fuel when necessary.</li>
